Patrick Chan and his arsenal…

John Kerr tweeted this video of Patrick Chan doing a 4T-3T-3Lp. If he can do that, a 3A and the rest of his program without imploding or falling is another question.

Enjoy!

There’s zero chance we’ll ever see 4T-3T-3Lo from Chan in a competitive program even if he could do it consistently; the way the (flawed) rules are set up tight now he’ll score higher both in base value and GOE if he breaks up the combo into a 4T-3T and a single 3Lo(x).

He could…maybe ISU is willing to change rules and decide that next Season 2013-14 (Oly included) Chan’s FP – and his FP only, mind – will last 15 seconds….
Yeah, I’m really a bad girl, I know. But I have no time to be kind with Patrick, as I am devoting all my hopes for Daisuke. I am half-jocking; indeed it is an impressive combo. Chapeau!
