Adam Rippon + Shae Lynn Bourne = maybe magic?

This appeared on Adam Rippon’s twitter today.

Some of Shae-Lynn’s gems so far:

I’m rather excited for this pairing. Now, if only Mao got some choreography from Shae-Lynn.

What an absurd assessment of Rachael Flatt by The Rinkside Cafe! You should be ashamed. True, she has been characteristically boring, but she did make a tremendous breakthrough and a 180 degree turnaround with her new, passionate short program this year. How about giving credit where credit is due?! That short program showed that she has it in her. Personally, I think 50% of her problem was the choreography given to her (excluding that exhilarating short program).

I have never been a fan of Rachael’s style, but going out for blood and acting as if (are you listening, Rinkside Cafe?) you have the ultimate handle on the politics of skating is unconscionable. A very amateurish analysis.
And just for the record, I’ve been on the international skating scene for two decades and would still never spew that kind of unnecessary and omnipotent blabber.
